A Kiwanis commitment is built on your desire and willingness to serve your community. It is renewed because of the gratification you will find in serving others.

Membership: A Kiwanis Club is organized around a core membership of service-minded men and women who reflect the community profile. Prospective members are invited to join by existing members. Member information is then reviewed and approved by the club Board of Directors.

Time: Kiwanis members meet weekly at the Bloomington Center for Performing Arts on Mondays at noon. Kiwanians, on average, will invest about 6 hours a month participating in meetings, club projects, and volunteering in their community. There is no attendance requirement; however, active participation is encouraged. Get directions to the meetings...

Monetary: Members contribute annual dues is an amount determined by the club, These dues, which include the cost of lunch, are currently $135 per quarter and also pay International dues and local administrative costs. All monies that benefit Kiwanis projects are raised through fund raising activities.
