🏛️ LAST WEEK – Special Board Meeting (5/15)
The Kiwanis Board held a special meeting at BPL on 5/15 focused on financial updates and a review of key club issues.
🔹 Service Projects Calendar will be streamlined to focus on a smaller number of priority and "club level" events. We are backing off of montly service projects.
🔹 Talk & Action Sessions These sessions will be paused while a small group explores a refreshed, more engaging and social format.
🔹 Monday MeetingsThe board affirmed the current meeting schedule, with broader financial considerations as part of ongoing updates.
